The straps are wide enough to provide good support but not so thick that they dig into my shoulders. The band around the ribcage is snug but not tight, providing ample support without causing any discomfort. I love that it’s supportive enough for medium to high-impact activities, like running or jumping, but still comfortable enough for yoga or lounging.Material & Breathability: The fabric is incredibly soft, moisture-wicking, and breathable, which is a must for any sports bra. It keeps me cool and dry, even during my most intense workouts. The material also has just the right amount of stretch, allowing for full range of motion without feeling too tight or restrictive. It’s also gentle on the skin, which is a plus for long workouts.Support & Performance: This bra offers great support, especially for medium-impact activities. I’ve worn it for running, Pilates, and weight training, and it’s performed wonderfully across the board. They do shift a bit in the wash, so I recommend taking them out before laundering. This bra is pretty. It has good support and the padding is great . It’s not like some that after washing the padding comes out. It stays put. True to size and great quality. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Overall, this workout top is decent. The material feels good quality — it’s soft, comfortable, and doesn’t feel cheap. The color is also really nice and looks just like the photos, which I appreciated.The main downside is that the pads move around a lot. After washing or even during workouts, they shift and need to be adjusted, which can be a little annoying. It would be better if they stayed in place more securely.It’s still a cute and functional top, but the moving pads are something to keep in mind if that tends to bother you.

I have this in multiple colors- the price is awesome for the given quality the material is not crazy thick but a proper sports bra but it is still very soft and supportive. I ordered an as as an a cup and it is perfect

Low Impact Comfort
This low impact sports bra is so comfortable – it has a mesh lining which feels great on the skin while keeping you cool. The padding is high quality and doesn’t bunch up or shift, but can also be removed for those who prefer no padding.I normally wear an XL or DD bra and this fit great – no bulge and enough support to lounge around the house and play with the kids (no marathon running though). I loved the way it fit and love that I can be comfortable at times I don’t need full coverage.The material is so soft and feels luxurious, if a sports bra can be luxurious. I would to have this in multiple colors for my lazy Saturday’s!

Hated this. It was too big in the band and the cups were too small. I could’ve used a medium for the band size and a xl for cups. I’m usually a medium/large in sports bras (depending on the coverage)
